MASTER’S DEGREE IN SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY, ACTIVE SLP LICENSE AND 1+ YEAR OF SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. APPLICANTS WHO DO NOT MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at an early childhood school in Cambridge, MA. This contract role is designed for an experienced professional with a passion for supporting young learners in their communication development. Working .4 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE), this position offers a consistent schedule focused on full days every Thursday and Friday.

Key qualifications and experience include:

  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience and/or licensure as an SLP in educational settings preferred
  • Familiarity with early childhood or Pre-K caseloads
  • Ability to engage and support young children through developmentally appropriate therapy techniques
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with educators and families

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to Pre-K and early childhood students

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in compliance with program and regulatory requirements
  • Communicate regularly with families to update progress and provide strategies for home support
