QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO).
  • Strong knowledge of pediatric speech and language development.
  • Experience working with neurodiverse children, including those with autism spectrum disorder, is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our behaviour analysts, therapists, and families to assess, plan, and deliver effective communication interventions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with ABA therapists and other professionals to support integrated care.
  • Provide direct therapy to clients, both 1:1 and in small groups.
  • Educate and coach families to support communication goals at home.
  • Maintain detailed progress notes and documentation in compliance with professional standards.
