Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Elementary School | South Carolina Full-Time | Immediate Start | School-Based Are you ready to use your expertise to help students find their voice and strengthen their confidence through communication? Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with a welcoming South Carolina school district to identify a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist who is eager to make a meaningful difference in the lives of elementary students. This full-time opportunity is available immediately and will continue through the end of the current school year, with the potential to extend into the 2026–2027 school year based on performance and district needs. The position focuses exclusively on direct speech-language services, allowing you to concentrate on intervention and student progress without the responsibility of conducting formal evaluations. In this role, you will work closely with students who benefit from speech and language support, helping them strengthen communication skills that are essential for academic success and social development. Through engaging therapy sessions and individualized strategies, you will support students as they build clarity, confidence, and independence in their communication abilities. Role Overview: As the school’s Speech-Language Pathologist, you will deliver targeted speech therapy services to an elementary caseload while supporting each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP). You will create therapy plans aligned with student goals, monitor progress through ongoing data collection, and maintain clear documentation of student outcomes. Collaboration will also be an important aspect of the role, as you partner with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure communication strategies carry over across learning environments. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive school community where your expertise directly contributes to student growth and long-term success. Requirements Candidates must possess a Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders. An active South Carolina Speech-Language Pathology license is required prior to the start of the assignment. The ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
