SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking a 0.8 FTE Speech-Language Pathologist to join our outpatient pediatric team to provide evaluation and treatment for children with developmental communication disorders including speech articulation, language, dysfluency, and pragmatics as well as providing education and training for parents/family members to support learning outside of treatment sessions. Bilingual (Spanish or Somali) competency is desired but not required. Schedule will include one set day off per week – flexibility with this, however Fridays are a required day of work.
Purpose of this position: Under general supervision, an employee in this job class performs work in a licensed professional position providing diagnostic, treatment, and education services to patients with communication and swallowing
disorders of functional or organic etiologies.
