Responsibilities/Job Description:
We are seeking a speech language pathologist to join our collaborative rehab team at M Health Fairview Lakes Medical Center in Wyoming!
Our patient population is 70% pediatrics and 30% adult so ideal candidate will have experience with both populations. Ideal candidate will have skills in Voice therapy, assistive technology, Feeding, and video swallow studies. Where experience is limited, willingness to train to these treatment areas is desired.
In collaboration with patients and families, the SLP is responsible for providing safe and effective delivery of care within scope of practice. This includes examination, evaluation, diagnosis, planning, intervention and establishing outcomes.
Fairview Rehabilitation offers a range of services that serve patients across 10 acute-care hospitals, 3 post-acute settings and 70 outpatient adult and pediatric therapy clinics. Consisting of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy as well as Audiology and Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehab, our therapists collaborate with colleagues in all medical settings and offer dozens of specialty programs.
