Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Conduct speech and language screenings to identify at-risk patients. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Educate patients and their families about communication and swallowing disorders. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
