InBloom Autism Services is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for our Brookfield learning center!
This opening will be Part time to start (20 hours Guaranteed) and later will move to Full time shortly after.

InBloom is excited to announce that we are bringing Occupational Therapy and Speech-Language Pathology to our learning centers! We are actively seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to provide high-quality, outcome-driven therapy. We have immediate openings as well as future needs! Our SLPs provide exceptional evaluations, treatment plans, and treatment.

THIS IS WHAT WE NEED:

  • Master’s Degree (or Doctorate) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Unrestricted state license in the state where services are being performed.
  • CCC-SLP required.
  • Experience collaborating with other disciplines and willingness to continually coordinator care with all other disciplines for each child on caseload.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder is preferred.
  • Commercial insurance providers (Aetna, Cigna, UHC) are strongly preferred.
  • A positive and kind attitude at all times.
Responsibilities
  • Speech and Language Therapy services include language development, pragmatic/social language skills, articulation, phonology, feeding/swallowing, reading, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).
  • Provide comprehensive and individualized services to children and their caregivers with the utmost clinical integrity.
  • Remain up to date with the most recent advancements for Speech and Language treatment for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and implement them in therapy.
  • Review children’s medical history and evaluate condition and needs as clinically appropriate.
  • Record timely and accurate notes on child’s progress for evaluations, billing, and medical records while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance.
  • Follow ethical and client care standards and conduct as outlined by InBloom and the National Board for Certification in Speech and Language Therapy.
  • Provide training and consultation to parents for carrying over across environments, develop individualized home or community programs/recommendations when needed.
  • Work in collaboration with multi-disciplinary team (ABA and OT) to provide clinically appropriate evaluations, comprehensive and individualized treatment plans, and Speech and Language therapy treatment to children within our center(s).
