THE STORY BEHIND CADENCE PT

Cadence PT was born from a personal journey. When a loved one of our founder suffered a stroke, they were discharged with little guidance and a stack of disconnected therapy referrals. The process was confusing, overwhelming, and left the family feeling alone.
Frustrated by the lack of coordinated care, our founder—a licensed therapist—stepped in to organize therapy at home, bringing together speech, physical, and occupational care in one unified approach. The progress was transformative.
That experience sparked a vision: to build a clinic where no patient or family would have to navigate recovery alone.
At Cadence PT, we provide integrated neuro rehab under one roof—focused, compassionate, and personalized. What began as one family’s solution has become a trusted resource for others seeking clarity and hope in their healing journey.
