Speech Language Pathologist (SLP/CFY) position available in a privately owned Sub-Acute Rehab Facility located in Cortland, NY. We are seeking dynamic SLPs in addition to Clinical Fellows looking to jumpstart their career and diversify their experience. SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Current New York State Speech Language Pathology (SLP) licensure AND/OR a Master’s Degree from an accredited SLP program
  • Responsible, caring, and dedicated Speech Language Pathologists who enjoy helping patients and making a great impact in their personal development
  • Effective and engaging verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to comfortably interact with people of diverse backgrounds

Responsibilities
  • Primary responsibilities will be to evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and help restore day to day functionality to all patients referred to speech/language
  • Provide personable solutions to our clients to accommodate their needs while learning to live a routine life within constraints of disability
  • Assist in scheduling of patient visits for speech pathology evaluation and treatment
  • Work collaboratively with the Rehab team
