Competitive compensation Full-time, consistent schedule Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) PTO Continuing Education opportunities Clinical mentorship and professional development Supportive, therapist-driven culture Collaborative interdisciplinary team environment What You'll Do Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Provide evidence-based interventions to improve communication and swallowing safety Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and compensatory techniques Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, OTs, OTAs, nursing staff, physicians, and care teams Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with Medicare and regulatory standards Participate in interdisciplinary care planning to support optimal patient outcomes Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility for licensure) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and organizational skills Experience in Skilled Nursing (SNF), Post-Acute Care, Inpatient Rehabilitation, Long-Term Care, Home Health, or Outpatient Therapy is preferred but not required New graduates and Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply Why Traverse City? Responsibilities
