HTS is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our therapy team at a highly rated continuing care retirement community in Fort Wayne, Indiana. In this role, the SLP will provide high-quality speech and language therapy to residents from short term rehab, long term care, assisted/independent living and memory care. Requirements Applicants must have active Indiana Speech Language Pathologist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a Master’s Degree in speech-language pathology, passing the Praxis II: Subject Assessment in Speech-Language Pathology exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure. Additionally, applicants must hold Certificate of Clinical Competence or be supervised as a Clinical Fellow prior to attaining CCCs. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
