The Speech Language Pathologist administers speech therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager. Requirements Master’s or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) Current SLP license in the state of Georgia Home Health experience preferred (but not required) Strong clinical, communication, and time management skills Reliable transportation, current driver’s license and automobile insurance

Responsibilities

The SLP is responsible for conducting focused one-on-one patient care and family teaching within home settings. They administer speech therapy on an intermittent basis following physician orders and clinical supervision.
