The Speech Language Pathologist / SLP administers speech therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager. Requirements Master’s or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology / SLP State of Tennessee license Minimum of one (1) year of speech language therapy experience preferred Reliable transportation, current driver’s license and automobile insurance
Responsibilities
As a home health PRN Speech Language Pathologist, you will conduct focused one-on-one patient care and patient/family teaching in the home setting. You will administer speech therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence.
