The Speech Language Pathologist administers speech therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager. Requirements Master’s or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology / SLP Current Speech Language Pathology (SLP) state license within the state of practice Current CPR certification Reliable transportation, current driver’s license and automobile insurance
Responsibilities
The Speech Language Pathologist conducts focused one-on-one patient care and provides education to patients and their families in a home setting. They administer speech therapy services in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care.
