BENEFITS OF THE FULL-TIME SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP) * Competitive compensation * Full-time schedule with work-life balance * Weekly pay * Flexible assignments and autonomy * 1:1 therapist-to-patient ratios where you directly impact outcomes * Supportive and collaborative team environment * Online training and continuing education opportunities * CEU opportunities and professional development * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and paid holidays * 401(k) program * Employee referral bonus program * Locally owned and operated office AS A HOME HEALTH SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST, HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO * Provide home-based speech therapy services to patients experiencing communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders due to illness, injury, or medical conditions * Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals * Assess speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities * Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions focused on improving communication, cognition, fluency, articulation, and swallowing function * Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation * Educate patients and family members regarding therapy goals, treatment plans, safety practices, and home exercise programs * Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to support patient outcomes QUALIFICATIONS * Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology * Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the State of New Hampshire * Minimum of one (1) year of speech therapy experience preferred * Home health experience preferred, but not required * Current CPR certification required * Strong communication, clinical assessment, and interpersonal skills * Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach to care * Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations preferred WHY WORK FOR INTERIM HEALTHCARE?
