POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Pacifica, CA, for the 2025-2026 school year. The SLP will provide direct therapy services to students from Kindergarten through 8th grade across one of our five campuses. This is a full-time, paid position with a caseload of approximately 50 students.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
  • Experience working with school-age children, preferably K-8th grade.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50 students effectively.
  • Commitment to working on-site (no teletherapy option).

Responsibilities
  • Deliver individual and group speech and language therapy sessions to assigned caseload.
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized education programs (IEPs), and collaborate with educators and families to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities as required.
  • Adapt therapy strategies to meet the diverse needs of students across multiple grade levels.
