Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Schedule: this is a PRN role that offers quite a bit of schedule flexibility. It will generally not work weekends and shift start and end times are flexible. How you’ll contribute A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) who excels in this role: * Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition. * Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family. * Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress. Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services. Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel. Responsibilities

The Speech Language Pathologist performs patient assessments and designs individualized care plans while educating families on treatment progress. They also manage discharge planning and provide supervision for clinical fellows and students.
