Description
Description This position requires an active Speech Language Pathologist license. Applicants without a current SLP license will not be considered. At Healthcare Therapy Services (HTS), we believe great therapy begins with great people - and that means giving you the tools and support you deserve. Therapist-owned and managed, we are 100% vested in perfecting rehabilitation. From innovative clinical programs and continuing education to unmatched support and comprehensive benefits, everything we do is designed to help you thrive. Join a company where you're truly valued, encouraged, and empowered to be the best clinician for the patients you serve. At HTS, patient care always comes first. HTS is currently hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team at a top-rated Continuing Care Retirement Community in North Manchester, Indiana, 40 miles southwest of Fort Wayne. This facility offers a full continuum of care: independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, rehab-to-home and healthcare services. Also, a growing community-based outpatient population. Great therapy team works well together, fostering a strong work environment with good collaboration. The SLP in this position will provide high-quality speech and language therapy to residents, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans. HTS offers a competitive hourly rate for this part-time position of approximately 20 hours per week. Ideally a 5-day workweek (Monday through Friday) but would definitely consider more flexible schedules. Also hiring PRN to work on an occasional, as-needed basis. Requirements Applicants must have active Indiana Speech Language Pathologist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a Master’s Degree in speech-language pathology, passing the Praxis II: Subject Assessment in Speech-Language Pathology exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure. Additionally, applicants must hold Certificate of Clinical Competence or be supervised as a Clinical Fellow prior to attaining CCCs.
