You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver individualized, patient-centered care in accordance with ASHA standards and state licensure requirements. Requirements Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients within 24–48 hours of physician orders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Treat communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders Communicate with physicians, care teams, patients, and families Document evaluations, progress, and billing accurately Participate in care planning and discharge processes Provide caregiver and staff training Recommend equipment and strategies to support outcomes What You Bring Strong communication and relationship-building skills Clinical judgment and problem-solving ability High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality Passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care Qualifications Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) Active Speech-Language Pathologist license (state-specific)
