The Speech Language Pathologist administers speech therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager. Requirements Master’s or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology / SLP State of Georgia license Minimum of two (2) years of speech language therapy experience preferred Reliable transportation, current driver’s license and automobile insurance

Responsibilities

As a home health Speech Language Pathologist PRN, you will be responsible for conducting focused one-on-one patient care and patient/family teaching in the home setting. You will administer speech therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence.
