The Speech Language Pathologist administers speech therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager. Requirements Master’s or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) Current SLP license in the state of Georgia Home Health experience preferred (but not required) Strong clinical, communication, and time management skills Reliable transportation, current driver’s license and automobile insurance
Responsibilities
The Speech-Language Pathologist will conduct focused one-on-one patient care and provide patient/family teaching in the home setting. They will administer speech therapy services in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care.
