The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) administers speech therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing/Clinical Manager. Requirements Master’s or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) State of Tennessee license Minimum of one (1) year of speech language therapy experience preferred Reliable transportation, current driver’s license and automobile insurance
Responsibilities
The Speech Language Pathologist will conduct focused one-on-one patient care and provide education to patients and their families in a home setting. They will administer speech therapy services on an intermittent basis in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care.
