Clemens, MI | Post-Acute Rehabilitation | Flexible PRN Schedule Are you a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist looking for a flexible PRN opportunity? Join Concept Rehab, a therapist-owned company with over 45 years of experience providing high-quality rehabilitation services in post-acute care. We're seeking a dedicated SLP to help patients improve communication, cognition, and swallowing while working as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. What You'll Do Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders. Provide skilled speech-language pathology services in a post-acute rehabilitation setting. Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and home programs. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and company standards. Participate in care planning to help patients achieve their highest level of independence and function. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in the State of Michigan. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred. Clinical Fellowship candidates are encouraged to apply where applicable. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Experience in post-acute rehabilitation, rehabilitation services, or geriatric care is preferred but not required. Why Join Concept Rehab?
