We’re seeking a motivated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping adults improve communication and swallowing abilities in a supportive, collaborative environment. About the Role As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will evaluate, treat, and support residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing needs — helping them regain function, confidence, and quality of life. This is a great opportunity for an SLP who enjoys collaboration, independence in clinical practice, and making a meaningful impact with our residents. What You’ll Do Evaluate residents’ speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing abilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and functional goals Provide direct treatment in accordance with physician orders and plan of care Administer and interpret standardized assessments Educate residents, families, and caregivers on strategies and home programs Collaborate closely with therapy, nursing, and medical teams Complete accurate and timely documentation (evaluations, daily notes, progress reports) Maintain resident privacy in compliance with HIPAA What We’re Looking For Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program Active Oregon SLP license (or ability to obtain) Valid CPR certification Experience in skilled nursing or rehab preferred — strong new grads are welcome to apply Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills Why You’ll Love Working Here You will be part of a supportive, mission-driven team that values clinical excellence, respect, and professional growth.
