Job Description The Speech and Language Pathologist position is responsible for the direct implementation and collaboration of the assigned patients and will work closely with the behavior analyst to ensure that each patient in the agency receives quality therapeutic care. This role is a Full-Time position supporting clients on-site at our Broken Arrow, OK clinic. Compensation: $75,000 annual salary + uncapped biweekly bonus potential. This role primarily entails: Conduct assessments/evaluations Develop treatment plans Provide individual and group services Co-treat with other team members Consult with caregivers. Flexible Options: We also offer part-time and hourly positions for qualified candidates seeking flexible scheduling. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders Current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA preffered Unencumbered license to practice as issued by the Oklahoma state board Preferably at least three years of experience working directly with children diagnosed with Autism.
