Description
Provides a quality Speech Language Pathology program to clients. Responsibilities: Achieve and maintain productivity standards. Prepare necessary time records. Maintain compliance with regulatory and accrediting agencies (OSHA, TJC, CMS). Pursue professional growth and present educational programs. Perform job responsibilities in line with the organization’s mission. Maintain accurate progress notes and professional records. Adhere to organizational policies, including HIPAA and Corporate Compliance. Provide appropriate speech pathology treatments and diagnostic services. Compile and report accurate data for program needs. Coordinate evaluation, scheduling, and treatment programs for clients. MS, MEd or MA in Speech-Language Pathology. Must possess knowledge and skills required to provide quality customer service. Adult medical SLP experience, highly preferred Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances: CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competency) or meet the educational requirements for certification and be in the process of completing his or her Clinical Fellowship year. CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire. Speech Pathologists license required for state in which employee provides services.
