Responsibilities

The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for evaluating residents, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans to help them regain confidence in communication, swallowing, and cognitive skills. This role requires daily collaboration with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary care teams.
