Spark is seeking a independent, function based, Speech-Language Pathologist.
We have a need for another SLP to join Sudbury team! This team member will be taking over a current caseload.
As an Independent Contractor, you can work from home to complete paperwork, reports, billing etc., and then in person with clients in home, school and community.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario
• A clear Police Vulnerable Persons Sector Check
• Completed stage 1 TB Test
• Hold a valid class “G” driver’s license and have access to a personal vehicle.
• Appropriate insurance coverage
• Access and ability to use printer/scanner and technology as necessary

This flexible role will work under a SLP Coordinator, Clinical Director, and with other key team members such as the Finance Administrators and more.
