CONTRACTOR / PRN (1099) * $17 per 30-minute visit ($34/hour) * Shift differential pay: * 4:00–8:00 PM (Mon–Fri) * All day Saturday/Sunday * $27 per 30-minute visit ($54/hour) 2.
