SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP) | MAKE A BIG IMPACT ACROSS CENTRAL ALBERTA

Location: Central Alberta (travel may be required – mileage reimbursed)

Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist looking for meaningful work with flexibility, variety, and room to grow? Join our dynamic private practice and help children thrive in schools, private settings, and beyond! We’re a small, collaborative team serving communities across Central Alberta, and we’re looking for an SLP who brings energy, initiative, and heart to their work.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication needs for school-aged children in partner schools across the region
  • Design and deliver individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals
  • Provide 1:1 therapy in schools, private clinics, and/or client homes
  • Monitor progress, adjust plans, and celebrate growth
  • Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and other professionals
  • (Optional/Bonus!) Help shape and expand our programming with fresh ideas, group initiatives, or specialty interests.

What You Need:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active registration and good standing with ACSLPA
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel is reimbursed!)
  • Experience working with children in school or private settings (preferred but not required)
  • A self-starter attitude, strong communication skills, and a team spirit
  • Creative thinking and openness to new approaches in therapy
