Job Title: Speech and Language Therapist
Grade: Band 5

Location: Erlegh House, Reading RG6 6BZ
Ward: CYPIT
Pay Rates: £18.66 p/h
Shift Patterns: 15 hours p/w between Monday to Friday (08:30-17:30)

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO:

· Provide high quality assessment and interventions for children and young people with developmental / complex needs.
· Opportunity to work alongside, and learn from, experienced therapists.
· Be involved in the implementation of training packages.
· Contribute to defined projects and service development initiatives.
· Maintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical records.

IN ADDITION TO EXPERIENCE, ALL QUALIFIED ROLES WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF:
