The Speech Language Therapist will be responsible for the administration and direct application of Speech-Language pathology treatment modalities as prescribed by a referring physician. Duties include evaluating, planning, directing, and treating all patients referred to Speech-Language Pathology. In this role, you will assist patients to obtain maximum performance and function in society while learning to live a routine “normal” life within the constraints of their disability. This position may also provide coverage at other affiliated locations as needed. Required Qualifications: Master’s degree from an accredited college in Speech-Language Pathology Current Ohio Speech Language Pathologist license in good standing Preferred Qualification: 1+ years of acute care experience Hospital Requirements (may be needed): (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving immunity Hep B3 Series (or declination) (Flu) Influenza required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th Covid Vaccine - Full Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
