This role involves working across the hospital’s wards as well as providing outreach services to Clare Holland House, a nearby hospice. In this dynamic and innovative environment, you will: • Provide evidence-based assessment and intervention for a variety of complex caseloads including stroke, critical care, general medicine, neonatology and palliative care. • Utilise contemporary technologies such as Videofluoroscopic Swallowing Study and Flexible Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing. • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure care is person-centred, ethical and culturally responsive. • Contribute to quality improvement and service development initiatives. • Support junior clinicians and/or students, commensurate with your level of experience, helping to foster a strong learning culture. You’ll be supported to achieve your professional goals through regular clinical supervision, high-quality professional development activities, performance feedback and staff wellbeing resources.
