Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Speech Pathologist to join our friendly team in Glen Waverley, VIC. This role begins as a contractor position, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role after 12 months.
You’ll work across both our clinic and the community, supporting a diverse mix of clients and caseloads. This variety offers you the chance to make a meaningful difference in people’s everyday lives while continuing to grow and strengthen your clinical skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments in speech, language, communication, and swallowing
  • Develop and implement individualised therapy plans for NDIS and private clients
  • Deliver one-on-one interventions in community, home, or school settings
  • Collaborate with families, carers, and other health professionals to optimise outcomes
  • Monitor progress and adapt goals based on client development and needs
  • Travel up to one hour to visit clients in their preferred settings
