ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our team in Ipswich. You will play a vital role in supporting individuals with communication and swallowing difficulties. You will work collaboratively with clients, their families, and support networks to deliver evidence-based, tailored interventions that promote independence and enhance quality of life.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Identify individual needs and develop tailored therapy plans aligned with client goals.
• Provide high-quality clinical supports in various settings, including homes, schools, and group homes.
• Empower clients to achieve greater independence and quality of life.
• Prepare reports and recommendations in line with NDIS requirements.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions for: communication development, language comprehension and expression, voice control & safe eating and drinking.
