NDIS COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS

• Working with Children Check (Queensland)

• Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module

THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a Speech Therapist to support a young student in a school-based setting located in Loganholme, Queensland. This is a rewarding role that involves working closely with the student, family, and school staff to build communication skills and support functional participation in the classroom and daily routines.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will:

• Provide speech therapy sessions within the school environment
• Develop and implement individualised goals and therapy plans
• Use engaging, practical strategies tailored to the child’s interests and needs
• Collaborate with educators and family to ensure strategies are consistent across settings
• Monitor progress and adapt plans as needed
• Maintain clear and professional documentation
