Company Description Since 2021, our Gold Coast team has been delivering life-changing support to NDIS participants, and now we’re looking for a passionate and motivated Speech Pathologist to join us. Your Role Will Include: Managing a caseload and delivering therapy services in a timely, impactful way. Supporting participants across settings—home, school, clinic, telehealth and the broader community. Using clinical observations and standardised assessments to inform therapy goals. Delivering evidence-based interventions that improve quality of life. Collaborating with a supportive multi-disciplinary team. Mentoring junior clinicians (for experienced therapists). Ensuring compliance with current NDIS requirements. Qualifications What You Will Need: Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia. Post-graduate experience as a Speech Pathologist. Strong organisational and time management skills. A proactive, growth-oriented mindset. A fun, team-first approach to work.
