Our trusted Aspect Therapy team aim to support and empower individuals on the spectrum and their families/support network to bring about meaningful change based on functional goals. This role works closely with the Aspect Central Coast School's Learning Support Team to achieve the best outcomes for students through individual, whole class, and whole school supports. We work in partnership with the individual and their families/support network to identify strengths, areas of need, and develop support strategies that build capabilities and work with participant's interests. Pre-purchased annual leave is available and will be considered for candidates who may prefer to only work school terms. Qualifications What you bring: Tertiary qualifications in speech pathology Membership with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) or willingness to obtain Current driver’s licence, use of own vehicle for business purposes (reimbursed per km) and willingness to travel across your local community NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance Working with Children Check for paid employment for the state you reside in NDIS Worker Orientation Module ‘Quality, Safety and You’ certificate.
