Our thriving Speech Pathology team includes 14 members across various levels—Team Leaders, Seniors, Specialists, Experienced SPs, and Graduates—creating a close-knit yet impactful team environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Applied Science in Speech Pathology or equivalent
• Current Speech Pathology Australia registration
• Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Driver’s license and vehicle
• Experience delivering Speech Pathology services, particularly in AAC and assistive learning technology

As a Speech Pathologist at Tashacare, you will:

• Provide evidence-based services for clients with diverse communication and swallowing disorders
• Assess, diagnose, and manage a range of conditions including language difficulties, speech difficulties, social interaction challenges, stammer, voice difficulties, AAC needs, and dysphagia
• Collaborate with clients, carers, and other health professionals to develop holistic care plans
• Work with a variety of service delivery models across different age groups
• Manage your own mixed caseload with flexibility to:
• Request specific client preferences
• Determine appointment frequency and location
• Work across our Northcote clinic, community settings, and from home
• Choose your daily schedule (8-4, 9-5, or 10-6) for optimal work-life balance
