We are looking for a Speech Pathologist with proven leadership experience to join our Penrith team and support clinicians across Western Sydney. In this role you will: Build a collaborative, supportive team environment that drives high-quality clinical outcomes Support graduate and early career Speech Pathologists through clinical supervision, mentoring and professional development Provide leadership across scheduling, referral allocation and workflow optimisation Manage your own caseload and deliver timely, high-quality therapeutic services What's in it for you?
