Your Role as a Speech Therapist: * Provide speech therapy services to patients in their homes on an intermittent basis. * Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing conditions. * Develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans in collaboration with patients and caregivers. * Deliver therapy based on physician orders and care plans under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services or Clinical Manager. * Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to improve communication and swallowing function. Qualifications: * Active and unencumbered Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of practice (required). * Medicare OASIS documentation proficiency (required). * Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance (required). * Two years of experience in speech therapy (preferred). Responsibilities
