Overview We are looking for a Speech Therapist to join our team. The Speech Therapist reports to the Administrator, Executive Director, or Patient Care Manager. Responsible for providing service to patients who have speech and language problems. The Home Therapy Program is provided under the direction of the attending physician by the Speech Therapist with participation by the family, nurse, or other responsible person, as necessary. About You Master’s degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited institution. Licensed and in good standing in state in which he/she will practice. Current CPR Certification Minimum of two years of experience as a Speech Therapist in a multidisciplinary setting required. Knowledge of speech therapy principles, concepts, and methodologies appropriate for terminally ill patients. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to develop and maintain rapport with the Patient & families.
