Job Description: Speech Language Pathologist in Home Health We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and provide exceptional care to our patients in their homes. As a Speech-Language Pathologist in Home Health, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
