MASTER’S DEGREE IN SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY, ACTIVE SLP LICENSE AND 1+ YEAR OF SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. APPLICANTS WHO DO NOT MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a full-time contract position at an elementary school in Pottstown, PA (Zip Code 19348). The assignment covers a full school year (NSY) with a 37.5-hour workweek, supporting an elementary caseload.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to elementary students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies
  • Participate in meetings and communicate with parents as needed

Qualifications:

  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC), Speech-Language Pathology Certification for Clinical Fellows Year (SLP - CFY), or SLP certification for school-based practice
  • Valid PA Educators Certificate
  • Active Pennsylvania SLP License
  • Required Pennsylvania State Clearances
