Speech Therapist – Subcontractor (NDIS)
Melbourne Genuine Care (MGC, VIC) is seeking a passionate Speech Therapists to join our team on a subcontractor basis. We support participants of all ages to improve their communication, language, and swallowing outcomes under the NDIS framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing assessments and therapy for speech, language, and swallowing needs.
  • Developing tailored therapy plans that align with participant goals.
  • Delivering therapy in-home, in-clinic, or via telehealth.
  • Preparing reports and recommendations to support NDIS reviews.
  • Collaborating with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams.

About You

  • Certified practicing Speech Pathologist with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Understanding of NDIS requirements and documentation standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ABN and professional indemnity insurance required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload.
