Job Details Job Location: Center at Eden Hill - DOVER, DE 19904 Salary Range: $58.00 - $62.00 Hourly Job Shift: Day PRN Speech Language Pathologist We are hiring for a PRN Licensed Speech Language Pathologist. This would be a great position for someone who is a partially retired SLP! Assess and evaluates patients who would benefit from skilled speech therapy services and develops an appropriate plan of care following all regulatory and clinical practices requirements. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Effectively screen/evaluates patients with possible communication, cognitive or swallowing disorders and develops appropriate plan of care following all regulatory and clinical practice standards. Provide rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with communication, cognitive and/or swallowing disorders. Evaluate treatment outcomes for effectiveness. Provide comprehensive discharge summary of services provided. Work closely with patients, family members and other care team members to plan for patient needs. Effectively communicate with supervisor and other health team members regarding patient progress, barriers and treatment plans. Chart appropriately and timely. Qualifications Must be a Licensed Speech Language Pathologist. Must be at least 18 years old.
Responsibilities
