Key Responsibilities Assess and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders through thorough evaluations. Provide guidance and education to families regarding communication strategies and therapeutic approaches. Maintain accurate records of patient progress and modify treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Engage in professional development activities to stay current with advancements in speech therapy. A recognized degree in Speech and Language Therapy and eligibility for registration with the Irish Speech and Language Therapy Association. At least 2 years of clinical experience in speech therapy practice preferred. Proficient assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills. Outstanding communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care. Strong commitment to ethical practice and professionalism in healthcare.
