Major Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s rehab goals. Collaborate with other therapy professionals to provide comprehensive care. Document patient progress in compliance with state and federal regulations. Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current SLP license Experience in a skilled nursing or short-term rehab setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
