These are your tasks:

• Organization and coordination of national and international shipping processes for various materials from the development unit, including planning, coordination, and tracking of deliveries.
• Maintenance and further development of the master data of all relevant products in the system
• Conducting demand planning and scheduling, as well as providing support in the planning and procurement of selected raw materials.
• Monitoring and control of inventory while ensuring demand-oriented stock availability
• Coordination of material deliveries and ensuring timely material availability for production.

This is what you bring with you.

• Completed studies (Bachelor's degree) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a completed commercial apprenticeship with relevant and long-standing professional experience (at least 5 years) in the supply chain environment
• Solid experience in the organization and coordination of international shipping processes as well as in operational supply chain management.
• Excellent SAP skills, especially in the areas of order processing, material master data and planning.
• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented work style

• Steuerung und Überwachung von Lieferanten entlang des Produktentstehungsprozesses (Anlauf, Serie, Auslauf)

Ihre Qualifikationen:

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Erfahrung im Produktentstehungsprozess sowie im Produktionsumfeld
• Technisches Verständnis von Fertigungsprozessen, idealerweise im Bereich Metall, Kunststoffe, Schaum, Stoffe oder Leder
• Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge schnell zu erfassen und verständlich aufzubereiten
• Kenntnisse gängiger Problemlösungsmethoden sowie deren praxisnahe Anwendung
