Für den Bereich Operations & Excellence suchen wir ab sofort eine/n Spezialist Veranstaltungen (m/w/x) Kompetenzen und Verantwortlichkeit: Eigenverantwortliche Koordination und Organisation von Kundenveranstaltungen und medizinischen Fortbildungen Vorbereitung von Sponsoring-Veranstaltungen, komplexe Kongressen, internen Tagungen über alle Levels hinweg Abstimmung und Diskussion der Anforderungen sowie Veranstaltungsgestaltung mit den internen Kunden (u.a. Marketing, Medical, Sales) Betreuung von Referenten und Teilnehmern, Hotelbuchungen, Koordination und Abrechnungen Steuerung und Überwachung des Veranstaltungsbudgets Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Compliance-Restriktionen und SOPs Koordination der Veranstaltungsorganisation mit anderen beteiligten Teams, Funktionen und externen Dienstleistern Identifikation und Pilotierung von neuen Veranstaltungstypen und Weiterbildungsformen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vorgesetzten und den entsprechenden Fachabteilungen Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung: Abgeschlossene 3-jährige, kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (z.B.: Veranstaltungskaufmann) Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Veranstaltungsmanagement, idealerweise im medizinischen oder pharmazeutischen Umfeld hohe Belastbarkeit, auch bei der Steuerung mehrerer Projekte Organisationstalent mit hoher Serviceorientierung und kommunikativ About CSL Behring CSL Behring is a global biotherapeutics leader driven by our promise to save lives.
